We operate on the assumption that the most important source of knowledge is where it is practiced everyday. From this basis, we help bold organizations build self-sustaining communities of practice — where professional knowledge grows from the people already doing the work.

For too long, organizations have been sold outside tools and scripted training that provide the illusion of improvement without transforming actual practice. Learning gets treated as a mechanical process — something you engineer with the right materials and deliver from the outside in.
We believe something different. Learning is a complex social activity, and adults develop by being intangled in the real practice of their organization. So instead of importing a curriculum, we architect the conditions for the expertise already inside an organization to grow, transfer, and sustain itself.
We've watched the same principle hold in a math classroom, across a whole school district, and on a manufacturing floor. That's the throughline of everything we believe and do.
