Establish the Intanglement Baseline
Design and launch the practice research experience based on your Teaching & Learning frameworks. Start accumulating narrative-based data that informs strategic planning and benchmarking.
Data-Informed Practice Intervention
Use organizational learning measurements to improve intanglement, surfacing which practices can be learned through shared practice and which require intentional PD.
Maintain and Sustain the Intanglement
New types of measurements become valuable at this stage for managing the right balance of distributed and centralized practice knowledge.
Warren Township
Warren Township wanted more than compliance-based PD and more than a pipeline of credentials. We helped them build a teacher apprenticeship grounded in practice research and aligned to the district's own competencies — then brokered a partnership with Indiana Wesleyan University to embed it directly into licensure pathways. Critically, this spans Elementary, Secondary, ENL, and Special Education: proof the model isn't bound to any single subject.
